How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to hello@signyards.com from the registered phone number or email and request account deletion. Please include your registered phone number or email in the message so we can identify your account.

We will process your deletion request within 7 business days.

What Data Is Deleted

• Phone number and account identifiers
• Profile information and preferences
• Usage history, activity logs, and app-specific data

What Data May Be Retained

We may retain certain minimal records for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention reasons. These records will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
